RENTAL RECORDS · PRIVATE BETA PREPARATION

A clearer record.
For both sides.

We’re building a shared condition record for tenants and landlords, with room for each person’s notes, photos and responses.

See how it helps

A 14-person private beta is being prepared. Registration and real-data access are not open yet.

TENANT’S NOTE

“The lower slat was broken when I moved in.”

LANDLORD’S RESPONSE

“Agreed. Present at move-in.”

Agreement recorded

Example only. Not a live app screen.

TenaNote beta

Android landlord and iPhone Safari tenant will use separate accounts connected by a tenancy invitation, on one shared backend.

Open beta access page

This page is live, but account access is closed while email delivery, privacy, retention, deletion and operational recovery are verified. Please do not send or upload tenancy information yet.

Android closed testing

The Play test is being prepared. There is no installation or opt-in link yet. Qualifying Android participation will be tracked separately: at least 12 testers continuously opted in for 14 days where required by Google. Safari and other web testing do not count toward that requirement.

iPhone

Use Safari once web beta access opens. TestFlight is deferred; there is no TestFlight download link.

Privacy and support

The beta operator is Alijah Muhammad Taha, trading as Skip to Useful. For support or privacy requests, email amt.138lc@gmail.com. The full beta privacy notice and real-data safeguards are still being completed before tenancy data is accepted. The existing website privacy notice covers this information website, not tenancy records. For now, contact Skip to Useful for general beta enquiries only; do not send tenancy evidence or account secrets.

What we’re building for you.

FOR TENANTS

Keep the details together.

Add what the inventory missed, with photos and room-by-room notes. Share it for review and keep your own copy.

FOR LANDLORDS & AGENTS

Respond to each item.

See the correction in context. Agree, disagree or explain without changing the tenant’s original submission.

No reply ≠ agreement.

Unanswered items stay unanswered. Responses remain separate from the original record.

The planned workflow.

  1. 01

    Record

Add the inventory, notes and photos.

  2. 02

    Review

Share the submitted version for a response.

  3. 03

    Keep

Download the record and original files.

A few things to know.

Can I use Tenanote now?

Private beta preparation is underway. The access page is available above, but real-data registration and Android installation are not open yet. Available links will be added here after verification.

What if we disagree?

The response is recorded as a disagreement. The tenant’s original submission stays separate, and silence never counts as approval.

Does it guarantee my deposit back?

No. Tenanote organises records; it does not decide liability or guarantee a dispute outcome. Submission dates alone do not prove when damage occurred.
